About Kendra Little
I am a former Client Services Manager at UnitedHealthcare, where I leveraged my over 25 years in customer service to successfully launch innovative community initiatives. Fifteen years of my career have been in health care leading projects, servicing clients, and relationship building. I have facilitated benefits education meetings for 10 years both virtually and in person. I supported a jumbo group of group Medicare retirees. I have served in a leadership capacity throughout my career and gained many transferrable skills during my time in the United States Air Force. I completed a Master of Science in Management in 2016 and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration/Management in 2012. I have used various software throughout my career such as: EHR -EPIC, CRM-Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suites, Maestro UHC, and GPS- Maestro. My mission is to provide stellar customer experience by building productive and trusting relationships with clients. By stellar I mean exceeding expectations in quality and efficiency. As a Community and Provider Specialist, I increased Medicare sales by 30%, planned and coordinated collaborative sponsorships and events, and served as a representative on the Governor\'s initiative steering committee.
