Kendra Leghart represents public and private entities in complex real estate and financing transactions. She has experience advising real estate owners, developers, and investors on transactions throughout the United States, handling the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of real estate assets. Her transactional real estate practice spans asset classes and industries and she counsels a number of national health systems and other healthcare industry participants in positioning their real estate assets in a manner that complements their core business goals. In addition to negotiating and documenting real estate transactions, Kendra also takes a proactive approach to navigating lease and other real property disputes.
