I\'m responsible for delivering communications that inform, engage, involve and influence colleagues, and which ultimately drive a change in behaviours, to help Drax embed its business priorities and purpose of enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future.I develop engaging campaigns to help support and deliver keys projects and business priorities, with a particular focus on wellbeing and benefits. This includes working with key stakeholders in business units across the group, the design and delivery of events, multi-channel messaging and the development of supporting intranet content.As a trusted partner, I provide strategic communications consultancy and advice on the appropriate channel mix to maximise effectiveness and engagement across a global business, with colleagues working in diverse and sometimes challenging-to-reach roles.I get the colouring pens out to create eye-catching imagery for our digital channels and think I tell a pretty good story to bring messaging to life. I deliver communications that support colleagues\' sense of wellbeing; as part of that, I\'m Editor in Chief of Living Well, our monthly wellbeing newsletter for colleagues in the UK, US and Canada.My enduring passions are intranet development and publishing, which presented the gateway to internal communications for me; and audience reception - after all, landing a message is fundamentally important in any communication.
