The Professional Chapters Council (PCC) comprises of 12-13 past presidents from award-winning AMA chapters. Our vision is to create thriving, diverse, and inclusive communities essential to the growth and progression of marketers and the marketing profession. Our mission is to support and advocate for professional chapter leaders, increasing their effectiveness in leading volunteer boards in order to meet their chapter goals and thrive through change.My role as a member of the PCC is to provide a safe space for chapter leaders to express concerns, ask advice, celebrate wins, and share ideas. I am a liaison for chapters and the national organization and help to advocate for their needs. I help facilitate conversations between the national organization and chapter representatives.I am also the co-chair for the PCC DEI Committee, which is a subcommittee of the PCC with a mission to guide and advise the Support Center, PCC, and Chapter Leaders on how to integrate and develop sustainable and measurable change with regard to diversity, equity, and inclusion both within AMA’s chapter network and the communities which those chapters serve-Role: Professional Chapters Council Advisor/PCC DEI Committee Co-chairJune 2023-July 2024
