About Kendra Chatburn
Kendra Chatburn is a Planner, Senior Project Manager, and P3 advisor with a proven track record of success leading planning and implementation of interdisciplinary facilities projects across 20 institutions, seven states and two countries. A Cleveland native, Kendra believes Northeast Ohio can realize the goal of becoming a Climate Refuge for all through community advocacy and professional diligence. After graduating from Cornell University with a B.S. in Urban and Regional Studies, she served as a Municipal Development Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras. Kendra’s passion for working with communities to identify shared goals then working tirelessly to achieve them translated well into a career as an Owner’s Representative. Following her curiosity about who gets to decide how communities are built, she earned her degree in Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. After successfully managing $350+ million dollars of construction projects for K-12 schools and universities; she returned home to envision, plan for, and build real estate investments in the communities she serves. Her purpose is to facilitate the creation of spaces that engender justice and spark joy.
