I have over twenty years of work experience in public and occupational health and safety. I earned my Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Safety Leadership from Eastern Kentucky University.As a Region Safety Manager at Rumpke Waste & Recycling, I oversaw the safety and compliance of ten facilities and over employees, drivers, and equipment operators. I managed a team of sixteen safety professionals, conducted EHS audits, implemented machine guarding and lockout/tagout programs, and provided safety training and coaching. I also collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with various regulations, standards, and recommendations. I am passionate about creating a culture of safety and excellence at Performance Foodservice and contributing to the company\'s mission of providing innovative food solutions.
