ABOUT KENNETH DEMARIA

Ken DeMaria is a Senior Program Director and Organizational Resiliency Strategist offering extensive experience in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive training and talent engagement programs that create and foster collective employee performance and culturally-positive environments. Ken initially started his career in the U.S. Army as a member of the highly-elite, U.S. Special Forces. Over the course of his service as a Green Beret, he was routinely recognized for his innate leadership skills and contributions both at home and in theaters of operations across the globe. Since his transition from service in 2007, Ken has served as a Lead Program Instructor, Training Advisor, Operations Manager, and Threat Assessor for internationally-recognized organizations to include SAIC and Cubic Corporation; consistently bridging the gap between knowledge advancement, evolving technologies, and operational best-practices. Regardless of role, Ken has consistently created competitive advantage through his transformative leadership style; leveraging his ability to build cohesive teams while developing the leadership required to support operational growth in rapid change and resource-constrained environments. He is passionate about his field, investing in people, and cultivating a sense of professional ownership; a triadic approach that adds tremendous value to both bottom-line profitability and sustained organizational success.
