ABOUT KENDELL LAVELLA

As a Business Analyst at Crown Castle, I work with various cross functional teams to model and provide insight on business performance for the Towers organization. I use my skills in data analysis, operational finance, and project management to identify and resolve any discrepancies, errors, or risks that may affect the company\'s financial performance and reporting. I have a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Robert Morris University, where I learned how to use various tools and techniques to analyze, visualize, and communicate data insights. I apply these skills to enhance my financial analysis and reporting, using Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing, which helps me communicate effectively and persuasively with stakeholders and business partners. In addition to my corporate role, I also run a photography business, which is my passion-project-turned-business. I enjoy capturing and creating beautiful images for various clients and occasions, using my creativity, technical skills, and business acumen. I have a Hootsuite Platform Certification, which enables me to manage and optimize my social media presence and reach. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities that challenge and inspire me.
