About Ken Dehart

I spent 13 years helping business-owning families align financial strategies with the future they envision. Risk management, succession planning, multidisciplinary coordination across CPAs, attorneys, and advisors — the kind of work where trust isn\'t a marketing word, it\'s the entire operating model.In early 2023, I started studying AI with the same discipline. 250+ hours of proctored executive coursework across MIT Sloan, Stanford, Wharton, Duke, Vanderbilt and others — not because I wanted to become a technologist, but because I recognized infrastructure-level change and wanted to understand it well enough to advise on it honestly.Today I serve as a fractional AI Information Officer for owner-operators and their leadership teams. The work is specific: executive upskilling, governance architecture, agentic workflow design, and pilot-to-production methodology — all under NDA, all with a human in the loop.What I\'ve found is that AI adoption isn\'t a technology decision. It\'s a leadership decision. The organizations getting it right have leaders who tried it themselves first, talked openly about what worked and what didn\'t, and earned the credibility to guide their teams through the change.I help leaders become that example — personally and privately — so the organization follows a real demonstration, not a memo.
