About Ken Davis

I am a Partner in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and a member of the firm\'s top ranked Intellectual Property practice group. I co-lead the firm\'s Intellectual Property Medtech Working Group and its Consumer and Manufactured Products Working Group. My practice centers on intellectual property counseling, procurement, transactions and litigation. Throughout my career, I have lead strategic development for international patent portfolios in a variety of sectors and industries with a particular focus on the medical devices, consumer products, technology, personal mobility, and food and beverage sectors. I have also designed and implemented intellectual property policies and programs for a Fortune 50 consumer products company. Throughout my legal career I have maintained a significant pro bono practice where I have represented clients in immigration, non-profit organizational structure and child welfare matters. In my prior career as a Licensed Professional Engineer, I had responsibility for profit and loss, quality control, and health and safety in the design and construction of hazardous and industrial waste remediation projects for private sector clients and the United States Department of the Navy.
