About Kendall Traveis

I am a student and Division 1 athlete at the University of Vermont, interested in accounting and sports management. My academic and athletic experiences have taught me the importance of commitment, hard work, and time management, and I plan on utilizing those in my next professional experience. This past summer, I was an Accounting and Finance Intern at the Merrimack Valley Planning Commission, where I assisted the Finance Director with day-to-day accounting needs. We serve the Merrimack Valley and its municipalities by aiding with community development projects, specifically by processing grants and budgets. My skills include basic accounting with receivables and payables, bank reconciliation, payroll, and billings, and utilizing accounting software. I also have experience using Microsoft Office and its applications.
