Hi there! I\'m Kendall, and I\'m passionate about helping businesses thrive through effective & comprehensive succession planning. As the Director of Development at Rawls Succession Planners, I\'ve spent over two decades tackling the challenges entrepreneurs face head-on. From navigating family dynamics to forging key partnerships and implementing growth strategies, I\'ve seen it all.At Rawls, we believe the true secret to a business\'s success lies in its people. That\'s why we work closely with private business owners to build thriving enterprises that stand the test of time. Up until May of 2025, I was also heavily involved with the International Succession Planning Association (ISPA), where I helped financial planners, wealth managers, exit planners, CPAs, Attorneys, and other business advisors revolutionize their practices. By providing a comprehensive succession planning methodology, process, and implementation tools, the ISPA empowers advisors to deepen client relationships, navigate complex challenges, and secure their clients\' legacies.Outside the office, you can find me enjoying quality time with my dog, practicing yoga, hitting the beach volleyball court, or giving back to my local community.
