I specialize in coaching working parents, senior, and emerging leaders, helping them make intentional strides towards their big audacious goals, transform how they show up at work and at home, and find fulfillment along the journey. My coaching process fosters a space of trust where clients can open up, dig deep, do the challenging work of self-discovery, and boldly decide how they want to move forward.I offer 1:1 leadership coaching, skill development coaching, topic-driven coaching, and goals-based coaching.>> Leadership Coaching: I help senior and emerging leaders increase self awareness, build confidence, enhance decision-making skills and unlock their leadership potential.>> Skill Development Coaching: I help my clients get clear on importance of skill, benefit of it showing up different for them, consider all possible paths, identification of support structures, and determine how they’d like to move forward in the skill development.>> Topic-Driven Coaching: I meet my clients where they are at for the session and cover what topic is top of mind for them. This is often deeper than what is brought to the surface, and has the opportunity for some deeper cultivation.>> Goals-Based Coaching: I guide my client through identification, action and progress towards inspiring goals, whether it be the Goal Getter program, or leveraged in a series pack.I will make you think deeply, and differently.I will stretch, challenge you, and hold up the mirror.I will be your biggest advocate cheering you on.
