About Kendall Gann
I’m a 20-year military spouse who’s built a career by building community, wherever the military has taken our family. Like many spouses, I’ve learned to adapt quickly, root myself in new places, and turn change into momentum, for myself and for the people around me.Across roles and volunteer leadership, I’ve supported mission-driven work through community relations, fundraising, event planning, marketing, budget management, and serving in leadership positions on nonprofit boards. I’m at my best when I’m connecting people, bridging gaps, finding solutions, and creating practical pathways forward.Today, I serve as a Transition Specialist with the USO, supporting service members and military spouses across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. I provide one-on-one guidance and connect clients to resources in employment, education, mentorship, and financial wellness, helping them build clear, purposeful career plans through their military journey and beyond. My approach is simple: lead with empathy, deliver actionable support, and advocate for meaningful outcomes. I’m passionate about creating opportunities, strengthening relationships, and making a lasting, positive impact on the military community.
