I focus on high‑stakes contract disputes that arise when supply and distribution chains break down, representing manufacturers, consumer‑goods companies, and life‑sciences clients in court, arbitration, and negotiations.When production or delivery is disrupted, I work to resolve disputes with suppliers, distributors, vendors, and customers — protecting operations, relationships, and market position. My work spans early interventions aimed at securing business continuity through trial, arbitration, and appeal when disputes escalate. In addition to supply-chain litigation, I advise companies on class‑action and market-facing disputes stemming from strategic business decisions, including marketing and labeling challenges and large‑scale product liability claims. These matters often touch brand value, regulatory exposure, and customer trust, and I help clients address them efficiently to minimize business disruption.I also represent clients in vendor and SaaS-related disputes involving the technology platforms and service providers that underpin modern manufacturing and distribution networks. When enterprise tools fail, I help clients enforce contractual rights, recover losses, and realign critical business relationships.Since joining Foley in 2015, I’ve partnered with businesses across industries — from food & beverage and automotive to medical device, pharmaceutical, and health care — consistently delivering favorable outcomes by blending strategic advocacy with practical, business‑driven solutions.
