   Serve as a strategic partner in managing the CEO\'s inbox, prioritizing key stakeholder communications, and responding on her behalf when appropriate.Collaborate with the Director of Compliance to identify and route city and county contracts for CEO approval and signature.Act as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors Chair and Secretary, coordinating all Board communications and activities. This includes preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, managing the signing of resolutions, and organizing logistics for Board retreats.Regularly disseminate internal communications on behalf of the CEO and support leadership alignment by preparing agendas and taking minutes for bi-weekly leadership team meetings.Design and produce presentation materials for Board and All Staff meetings.In addition to my core responsibilities, I support the Development Department by helping lead the Spring and Winter Appeal campaigns. This includes drafting donor outreach emails, promotional materials, and supporting the execution of fundraising events.
