Collaborated with the founding board of the Beta Omega chapter of KAPi at UNC-Chapel Hill, which included drafting a chapter constitution, delineating board responsibilities, presenting our charter to the university for approval, and establishing precedents for the conduct and responsibilities of the VP for Communications in our chapter- Consistently posted on our Instagram page (@unckapi) to increase engagement and interest ahead of our spring semester rush process, including independently designed grid posts and self-shot and edited Reels- Met weekly for Executive Board and Chapter Meetings.
