   In order to have teams achieve KPIs, you need to invest in meaningful experiences, allow people to create awareness around their patterning that may not be serving them, and enhance psychological safety to create alignment.We do this over the course of our facilitated exercises, coaching, and fun experiences before, during, and after offsites.I lead remote leadership offsites of varying lengths (depending on what the team needs) all over the world, including one flagship program in Hawaii for teams to double down on their connection, productivity, and communication in a 5-day offsite together.
