   Projects:University of Iowa Campus Modernization: ZGF Project Lead for this $1.6B new patient care tower, the largest project ever built in the state of Iowa, to modernize the existing campus and provide a new home for cutting edge care at the University. The new 15-story will provide 360 new patient rooms, twenty operating rooms, and associated support services to run the entire hospital campus. This highly complex project involves collaborating with project partners nation-wide and is expected to open in 2031. Seattle Children\'s Hospital Building Care: ZGF Project Manager on this eight-story diagnostic and treatment facility, the second phase of a 1 million square-foot campus expansion, which creates a new front door for the campus. This LEED Healthcare Gold and Salmon Safe project has won multiple awards and forms part of a long-term relationship between ZGF and Seattle Children’s.
