I interned with a real estate office in Costa Rica during the summer of 2016 and learned about the international commercial and residential real estate business. I have several years retail experience and have a passion for customer service. I volunteer, raise money and raise awareness for Autism Speaks.

I develop and implement clear communication plans for change initiatives and design training programs to support change adoption. Additionally, I assess the effects of changes on business units and processes, identify and mitigate resistance to foster positive change adoption, and track / measure the effectiveness of change initiatives. I collaborate and align with senior leadership, manage change projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery, and identify opportunities for improvements and best practices. I work to identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans as needed, and provide guidance and support to employees during transitions.
