Although I am still early in my career, one thing has remained constant. When things feel scattered, I want to make them make sense.That shows up in my work every day as a Sales Associate and Project Coordinator, where I naturally gravitate toward organizing CRMs, supervising projects, and creating workflows that help teams breathe a little easier. I like being the person who connects the dots across people, priorities, and processes so nothing falls through the cracks and everyone knows the next step.I’ve had the chance to support executive search and marketing initiatives through CRM cleanups, KPI dashboards, and marketing materials, but what I’m most proud of is the way I help teams feel more aligned and less overwhelmed. Mentoring teammates, improving follow-up habits, and building structure in fast-moving environments is where I do my best work.A big part of how I show up professionally comes from how I live personally. I’ve learned to be intentional, detail-oriented, and mindful about the systems I rely on every day. Living a gluten-free lifestyle due to Celiac, and caring about health and wellness has made me more aware of how small habits, consistency, and organization can make a big difference over time. At the core, I’m someone who cares about people, clarity, and follow-through.
