About Kendall Pearcey

With years of experience in sales and sales enablement, I am passionate about empowering sales teams to achieve their goals and deliver value to customers. I have a strong background in software as a service (SaaS) and customer relationship management (CRM), and I enjoy working with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales strategies and processes. Currently, I am a Sales Enablement, Project Coordinator at Skillsoft, a leading global provider of digital learning and talent development solutions.In my current role, I coordinate and support various sales enablement initiatives and projects, such as sales training, content development, tool deployment, and performance tracking. I leverage my skills to ensure that the sales team has the resources, tools, and guidance they need to succeed. Some of my recent achievements include building an entire SDR playbook from scratch, rolling out a number of sales tools to streamline the sales motion and increase efficiency, and partnering with onboarding leadership to facilitate sales onboarding programs and decrease speed-to-ramp. I am always looking for new ways to improve the sales enablement function and the sales team\'s experience and performance.
