Currently, leading the Sales division for Rogers Residential, Kendall supports a national $8B+ wireline P&L, having also spent time in senior marketing and operations roles.During her tenure, Kendall has navigated the business through many industry shifts, including playing a key role in Rogers acquisition and integration of Shaw – the second-largest merger in Canadian business history. Under her leadership, the Residential team executed two major brand transformations in two years; introducing Rogers Ignite to western Canada, followed by bringing the “Xfinity” brand to the Canadian market in partnership with Comcast.As part of the senior leadership team, Kendall has helped to shift the Residential business from declining growth to industry-leading cable results, improving base revenue through strategic and creative playbooks. Kendall’s consistent, systematic leadership approach has been instrumental during multiple mergers, acquisitions and leadership changes, ensuring strategic continuity and alignment across the company’s wireline business.Kendall serves as Executive Sponsor of RISE ERG at Rogers and represents Rogers on the Board of Women in Communications and Technology (WCT), advocating for inclusive leadership and the advancement of women in the industry.
