Marketing Communications Specialist @Radiation Business Solutions

Helps serve more than 2,700 patients a day by collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, and cancer centers in the execution of marketing and communications tactics and strategy to strengthen the RBS brand, as well as that of the company’s cancer centers - Provides comprehensive support and assistance with day-to-day department activities, exercising independent judgment and creativity - Responsible for new ideas to anticipate problems. Identifies marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation - Evaluates marketing campaign performance - Writes, edits, and proofreads copy for a variety of purposes (e.g, publications, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, internal announcements); designs these pieces as needed - Collaborates with external designers to create advertising and collateral material while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines - Oversees production of presentations as needed for Marketing as well as other departments - Schedules and coordinates photo and video shoots through external agencies - Responsible for social media presence and management including but not limited to the frequent and accurate posting of content, replies to messages and reviews for Radiation Business Solutions and RBS Evolution sites - Responsible for updating all company websites and ensuring they are operating correctly - Produces monthly analytics and performance reporting statistics for all sites - Manages & hosts Zoom webinars - Utilizes various types of software for marketing such as Canva, 24Slides, WordPress, JotForm, AgencyAnalytics, etc- Remains current on training processes and developments within the company
