My name is Kendall Jones, and I am currently enrolled in a competitive workforce development program called Year up. Where I am learning technical skills in IT support. Prior to Year up I worked at Home Depot for three years working as a met associate and as a flooring specialist. Working there I developed my customer service. While being a MET team associate, I gained team management skills by leading a team to finish projects in various stores. The customer service skills I developed were by helping customers find the products they intended to purchase, as well as working at the service desk where I helped customers with refunds.
