I’m a recent MSIO (Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology) graduate with a passion for aligning people strategies with business goals. Currently, I’m working as an HR Associate at Valco Melton, where I support core HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and talent processes.Before my full-time role, I was an HR intern at Reach Logistics—supporting over 400 associates through events, orientations, and day-to-day HR needs. These experiences have sharpened my ability to build strong relationships, solve people-related challenges, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.My ultimate goal is to pivot into people analytics, where I can leverage data to improve employee experiences and foster a positive workplace culture.
