About Kendall Huggins
Growing up all of my report cards looked great except for one recurring NI for ”Needs Improvement”, in the behavioral section. This was always followed up with something along the lines of “she is a joy to have in class but too chatty causing some distraction.” Throughout high school and into college, with less time to casually chat, I learned when it was important to provide my insight and have conversations and when to listen. Now, as a college student, I realize communication skills, a once bad behavior, are among my greatest strengths pushing me to pursue leadership opportunities and form meaningful connections. I am passionate about expanding these skills alongside the insight I am learning from coursework to pursue and develop my interest in real estate and business into a career.
