I am Kendall Goodman or KG for short, and I am a Charlotte based graphic designer. I am a North Carolina native. I\'m an UNC Charlotte alumnus where I am earned my BFA with a concentration in Graphic Design. As a graphic designer, I love blending the beautiful with the practical. I believe design is more than pixel pushing; it\'s about taking ideas and turning them into something physical. Each design has its own set of unique challenges, and the key to any successful design is learning to balance them all. I love what I do and believe in the power of design. I am not afraid to learn as well as jump into unchartered territory.Outside of design, developing my skills and talents as a leader drives me. In my position of Lead Web Production Designer, I am responsible for supporting a team of 8. My duties range from but not limited to running/organizing team staff, creating documentation, process improvement, interviews and leading large projects.
