My practice focuses on a wide range of civil and complex commercial litigation areas, with an emphasis on government contracts and emerging growth company matters.In hospitality matters, I advise clients in the hotel, resort, restaurant, and convention center industries. My experience includes counseling owners, lenders, franchisees, franchisors, asset managers, and advising management companies on evaluations, commercial disputes, negotiation and enforcement of management contracts, and asset management.I also represent government contractors in the areas of biodefense, healthcare, information technology, and defense services on issues ranging from pre-award protests to challenges to agency cost realism and technical evaluations. I have litigated all types of government contract matters, including bid protests, civil false claims, fraud disclosures, small business issues, subcontracting and teaming agreement disputes.I also counsel and advise entrepreneurs and startup ventures on contract disputes, litigation, and data security and privacy laws. My pro bono practice includes representing clients in constructive eviction actions and mortgage foreclosure rescue fraud litigation.
