About Kendall Calhoun
Former professional athlete turned corporate professional. I channeled my discipline and dedication from my life as an athlete to develop into a data-driven, customer obsessed, organized, HR professional. I work along side multiple departments at Amazon to find the perfect talent to meet their corporate needs. I initially started sourcing for non-technical candidates, however I soon earned trust from my superiors and began taking on more responsibilities such as: working on technical projects, taking on Recruiting Coordinator responsibilities (scheduling interviews and extended job offers to highly compensated candidates), Lead meetings reporting KPIs and waterfall metrics, and supporting teams outside of my own to help locate quality talent.I have demonstrated proficiency in Verbal/Written skills, Leadership/coaching skills, Microsoft Office, iCIMs, Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiting, Relationship Development, Passive and Active Sourcing, using metrics and data to forecast future goals. Along with the other skills previously mentioned, I have a computer science and PR background.
