About Kendal Lanier
As an \'independent child\', I climbed whatever needed to reach the top shelf; researched, asked questions and learned whatever skills necessary to make/do/get whatever I had set my mind out to. As an adult, I continue to self-teach and learn whatever I come across to further the success of my clients and team. Through my career, those skills can be summed up as measurement strategy and analysis encompassing Google Analytics (UA and GA4, too!), Google Tag Manager, CRM analysis, MailChimp, Media Planning/Buying - including programmatic - UTM tagging, Google Ads, and more. One of the latest skill additions has been dashboard development, specifically Domo, including learning basic to intermediate SQL to aid in those projects. While dashboards is great, I still revel the chance to jump into Excel and work the raw data via pivot tables and all of my favorite formulas; even if that includes being the on-call excel person in the office.
