I build and sustain funding partnerships that directly strengthen arts equity citywide, while advancing an integrated fundraising infrastructure that supports long-term growth.Highlights & Responsibilities:• Generated $1.9M+ in philanthropic revenue (2024–2027) through a balanced portfolio of foundation, corporate, and individual giving.• Lead creation of cases for support and impact storytelling that elevate the value of arts education and drive investment in ACH’s work.• Strengthen donor pipelines through targeted cultivation, renewal strategy, and intentional stewardship touchpoints.• Oversee grant strategy, opportunity research, proposal development, compliance, and outcomes reporting, ensuring strong funder relationships and retention.• Partner closely with the Executive Director and Board leadership to shape fundraising priorities, prepare solicitation materials, and support high-level donor interactions.• Present development progress and insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.• Optimize CRM systems, donor records, and operational workflows to improve data-driven engagement and internal alignment.• Advance ethical, equity-centered fundraising practices aligned with AFP principles.
