From the court to the boardroom, I’ve spent my career translating principles from behavioral science, performance psychology, and group dynamics into actionable frameworks. Whether it’s developing athlete-focused curriculums, enhancing staff performance, or building organizational cultures of growth, I bring a data-informed and people-first approach to every challenge. Currently, I serve as Executive Director of a sports non-profit and Director at my own company, where I lead initiatives to improve player development, expand access to sport, and empower staff to excel. My work includes designing innovative programs for under-represented groups, creating staff training systems rooted in best practices, and fostering environments where talent and potential can thrive.
