A member of the Retail Banking and Shared Services team where I am responsible for leading projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.\\\\n- Currently leading ATM software development projects. Responsible for all project management artefacts, coordinating work across multiple teams / LOBs.\\\\n- Led the API Foundation project. Project budget was $6.25MM. This project focused on implementing CIBC’s new API platform, representing a strategic direction for building and integrating systems using opensource and cloud native technologies. Responsible for coordinating the work of multiple teams including Enterprise & Security Architecture, Solution Design, and Development. Responsible for liaising with first project teams to utilize/build Microservice APIs. Responsible for managing the development of CIBC’s API Marketplace.\\\\n- Was the lead Project Manager for the Mobile Wallet program & the first Canadian implementations of Samsung Pay and Android Pay. Worked directly with multiple partners, vendors and business team as the prime project liaison.\\\\n- Managed the DevOps initiative for the internal development teams. Project budget was $1.2MM. Coordinated the development of project scope, including both tools and teams.
