Founder and CEO of Black Professionals Network created following the successful development of the Black Professionals Summit (2014). Responsible for building an organization, laying out the foundation, and carrying out the mission statement of the group. Black Professionals Network (\"BPN\") is a 501(c)3 membership-based non-profit organization. Known for its award-winning annual Black Professionals Summit conference (\"BPSummit\") held annually in Miami, Florida. The organization serves to foster leadership skills in aspiring, emerging, and excelling black professionals. Throughout the year, members gain access, resources, and discounts to programming and events with the mission to boost their career profile and lifestyle goals.As former Miami President managed the following: Lead and supervise ten board members, 12 program coordinators, and five executive directors. Managing the performance of the team, setting strategic goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Provide a process to streamline reporting and dissemination of information through innovative solutions and software. Created six professional development programs focused on career, entrepreneurship, housing, financial literacy, politics, and mentorship and supervised a team of coordinators and volunteers to consistently hold three to four events and workshops each month.
