   Kena Sims joined Carlisle Residential Properties as Vice President of Operations in November 2017. Prior to joining Carlisle, Kena served as an Area Vice President at RAM Partners, where she was employed for 17 years. Kena brings extensive knowledge and experience “BACK TO RAM” with over 25 years of multifamily experience. Kena has developed a series of best practices that deliver high-quality results by aligning corporate apartments management practices with underlying business goals, resulting in substantial improvement within the entire company’s portfolio. One of Kena’s key focuses is to increase shareholder value by safeguarding the company’s and client’s financials to ensure business objectives are achieved. Throughout her career, Kena has received numerous awards including Property Manager of the Year, Leadership of the Year, Outstanding Achievement of the Year, TAA Best NOI Turn Around of the Year, PTAA Corporate Professional of the Year and most recently, PTAA President Choice Award. Kena is active with the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors as Vice President.
