As the Intel HR Global New Hire Integration Product Owner in HR I own the World Class New Hire Integration program which executes across a consistent framework ensuring a collaborative approach across a year long time-based journey. Our Intel Orientation & Integration program helps drive a consistent new hire experience, fosters our unique culture and creates opportunities for networking, career support, strategy emersion and learning direction as well as job skills and training. All elements are created to increase time-to-productivity and promote a sense of belonging here at Intel. The goal and results helps Intel achieve their strategy of creating world-changing technology that improves the life of every person on the planet. Help them understand how their role fits into Intel\'s bigger purpose and strategic objectives.• Influence and consult Leadership and the Business Units to create and customize New Hire Integration strategies that enable us to strongly impact our New Hire experience, create that sense of belonging at Intel, develop strategic capabilities and learnings that will assist Intel in increasing time-to-productivity, increase retention and connect our New Hires to Intel in an impactful and meaningful way.• Own the Global New Hire Integration strategies, processes and programs.• Work with Business Unit Leaders, Hiring Managers and their teams to create & design, manage and execute their New Hire Integration Program.• Continuously working to make Integration business processes more efficient and effective striving towards that world-class New Hire Integration Centre of Excellence.• Create state-of-the-art tech experiences for New Hires throughout their 1 year Integration.
