Key Second Line of Defense (2LOD) contact for enterprise wide Co-Branded Partnership and Marketing functions• Provide subject matter expertise, oversight and guidance to direct reports (4) to ensure key business objectives are met • Responsible to lead cross functional teams to identify and ensure all conduct, reputation and regulatory gaps are addressed and closed timely• Deliver relevant metrics to measure and report on key conduct, reputation and regulatory requirements• Strategic responsibility for 2LOD check and challenge of business risk, control, and self-assessment (RCSA) documentation• Prioritize key initiatives to balance Compliance needs along with business growth • Continuous develop and enhancement of marketing collateral review process• Check and challenge business strategy and new products prior to implementation along with regular product reviews• Compliance guidance owner for multiple Marketing related policies• Partner with Legal Department to escalate and validate any potential regulatory breeches • Liaise with regulators to review policies, procedures, practices and self disclose key issues
