After serving 11 years in the USAF with Secret level Security Clearance and eight years with the DoD, I\'ve developed the ability to help leaders discern between what they need to focus on and what is a distraction. I guide them through selecting the ideas that align with their strategic plan, present alternatives to relying on VC and other funding, and find that perfect balance of in-sourcing and out-sourcing as they grow or scale back.My experience covers a broad range of operations specific to healthcare including credentialing, medical billing, technology, medical professional recruitment, human resources and project management. I have assisted my clients in positioning themselves to bid on state and federal contracts, public and private grants, and obtaining HIPAA\\HITECH and HITRUST certifications. I am adept at optimizing various system capabilities, integrating complex functions, and maximizing cost-efficiency. These skills are valuable in fostering technological advancement and streamlining business processes. I pride myself on being a creative thinker who translates business requirements into scalable solutions. To follow are a few recent accomplishments. My clients include healthcare start-ups looking to organize their internal operations and align their business development efforts with revenue generating efforts as well as established organizations of all sizes looking to add an LOB or add efficiencies to existing operations.•Telestroke: Designed and implemented a single sign-on dashboard to enable physicians to access multiple EMR resources from a single point of entry.•Telepsychiatry: Team member that took a start-up provider from inception to market. They are now the largest Telepsych provider in the USA.•Telemedicine with Pharmacogenomic Integration: Grew the NJ chapter of the Telehealth & Medicine Today Journal from nothing to 400 members in six months. Facilitated the Pharmacogenomic Project in cooperation with Myriad Neuroscience to promote genomic testing to support improved Mental Health Med Management Outcomes.•Efficiency through Technology: Maximized efficiencies in Talent Acquisition, Medical Affairs, Human Resources, & Third-Party Billing to improve Time to Hire, Physician credentialing, Employee Onboarding, & Revenue Cycle Management.
