Increased the Center’s annual budget from to over a ten-year period by obtaining new grants, increased donor base and building rentals, including re-establishing United Way and Community Development Block Grants in 2014. Negotiated and executed new rental contracts with West Chester United Soccer, West Chester School District, Behavioral Wellness and Recovery, Pro Act and Uncommon Individual Foundation. Created #PoolTogether Campaign donor base, raising for demolition of the Center’s pool.(February 2018) Created staff positions to grow the Center and its programs, increasing the number of staff from.5 to over a period of ten years Created and implemented new cornerstone programs for the Center, including the New Directions After School Program, Dance Team, Summer STEAM Camp and a Summer Basketball Camp and League; secured funding, trained staff, recruited volunteers and participants, designed classroom and office space. Identified community needs of the local population and established daily NA and AA recovery meetings. Serves over annually. Improved Center facilities by establishing creative partnerships and sustainable income; secured long-term renters and expanded the Center’s business and corporate partners in order to update building facilities. Created and expanded the brand and marketing of the Melton Center to new audiences by creating a regular newsletter, a website, an annual gala, newspaper features and a strong presence on social media. Recruited donor and artist to implement two new outdoor wall murals to enhance the entryway and highlight the rich and significant history. Secured 15.4 million PHFA grant to build 42 apartments and 10 townhomes and PHARE Grant to renovate lower floor
