My role is to lead multi discipline design teams to deliver all aspects of both new build and refurbishment projects, and be responsible and accountable for the control and management of all aspects of the design process and output.\\\\nThis involves engagement at all stages of design, from the production of technical proposals to support tender returns, through the management and auditing of design production, to supporting the construction team on site with the resolution of technical issues, driving value solutions.\\\\n\\\\nKey accountabilities-\\\\n• Take full responsibility for the design coordination of large projects.\\\\n• Audit the design and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies and missing information drive the close out of these items.\\\\n• Take responsibility for the production and control of the design programme.\\\\n• Review design development regularly with the Commercial Manager to ensure design and commercial aspects are aligned.\\\\n• Identify potential design problems and offer solutions and value engineering.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
