Kenneth A. Weber, shareholder in the Nashville office, has devoted his legal career to helping employers manage their workplace liabilities. For more than 20 years, he has defended employers of all sizes in disputes that include wage and hour, unfair competition and trade secret protection, discrimination and harassment, retaliation and whistleblower suits, and employment contract disputes.
