Deployed by BMW, VW and IAC to assist under performing component suppliers for BMW, Mercedes, VW and Toyota. Instituted Engineering based manufacturing process improvements to stabilize quality, manufacturing and Supply Chain operations. Utilizing my strong Engineering problem solving skills, I lead cross functional teams to analyze PFMEA, Process Control Plans and process flows following TS16949 guidelines. I developed daily Quality Process Audit reviews and implemented process improvements to improve Quality and Production outputs. Eliminated all 3rd party sorts, emergency shipments and improved financial expectations of these facilities.
