My mission is to help professional service firms generate new revenue, become more profitable, and develop strategic directions that promote a vibrant company culture.Through my own business- Think Like Your Clients, LLC- I give architects, engineers, construction managers, lawyers, accountants and other professional service firms the high level of support and professional expertise they need to generate new work. Over the past 30 years, I’ve put together countless proposals and presentations. As a client myself for much of that time, I’ve seen countless more. Some were good, most were not. From all of that experience, I’ve learned how to think like a client and how to help firms craft sales strategies and materials that win.I also provide consulting services and conduct training programs through my affiliation with industry leader PSMJ Resources, Inc.
