Work closely with both Commercial and Consumer Customers. Have lending experience in Residential Mortgages, Construction Mortgages, Consumer Loans as well as knowledgeable in the deposit accounts and services of the bank. Responsible for the Business Development of the Western Region of the Bank which includes the Downtown Office, Park Hill Office and the Westmont Office. I work closely with the Managers and Sales Reps of those offices and meet with current as well as potential customers of the bank to match their current as well as future needs to the products we have. I also coach and share my business development skills with the offices in my region to help them in their success. I have lending authority in Consumer, Mortgage and Commercial loan areas. I do specialize in construction mortgages as well as consolidation loans. I work closely with customers to approve/ deny loans. I develop loan structures that meet both the needs of the customer as well as meet the banks loan policies.For construction mortgages I work through the whole process from the application to doing the inspections and advances through the completion of the home. Volunteer with many non profit organizations such as Discover Downtown Johnstown Partnership, the Greater Johnstown Youth League, St Vincent DePaul, The United Way etc.Head Coach of Greater Johnstown Middle School Girls Softball Team. Over 10 years experience coaching local girls softball teams of various age groups. Currently coach the summer league age groups of 12 and under and 15 and under.
