Ken began his career working for the founders of Spectrum in the 1980s and led a managementbuy-out in 2003. He built on the legacy copier and managed print services business to create a software division renowned for helping clients with digital transformation and business process automation. Subsequent acquisitions and joint ventures have helped build a group of companies providing a full range of IT managed services across all sectors.Ken has applied a logical, process driven approach to structuring and growing a customer focussed, sales led business, achieving ISO 9001 and Investor in People accreditation along the way.He believes that if people and teams know clearly what they are required to do, believe that it’s right, are able to do it and ultimately want to do it, then spectacular results can be achieved.Please visit for further information
