As the President of Usherwood Office Technology, I lead an organization that delivers best-of-breed technology solutions and boutique-level client service to over customers across seven states in the Northeast. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, I have a proven track record of growing new business, managing key accounts, and enhancing customer relationships.I joined Usherwood in 2015 as the Corporate Vice President of Information Technology Sales and Solutions, and was promoted to President in 2021. In this role, I oversee 18 offices and 160 employees, and work with technology giants such as Canon, Xerox, HP, Microsoft and Cisco. My mission is to provide innovative and reliable IT solutions that optimize workflow, improve operational efficiency, and reduce environmental impact for our clients. I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer satisfaction within Usherwood and the IT industry.
