Partner with executive leadership as an advisor on business strategy, develop workforce plans and programs that align with the organizations overall strategic objectives, •Develop and lead a broad range of initiatives that support a culture in which leadership behaviors and performance outcomes are linked in an agile, cross-functional environment •Coach senior leaders to actively manage change and improve organizational effectiveness through workforce strategy, organizational design, and talent planning •Communicate across leadership as well as the organization with a focus on employee experience and engagement •Lead the strategy development, solutions, and delivery of associate relations activities that drive human capital initiatives and associate engagement for over associates •Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management by working with other Talent teams and cross-functional departments •Build positive relationships across the organization to bring the associate perspective to relevant strategic human capital initiatives, promote associate satisfaction, and ensure a positive working environment •Consult, influence, and partner with all levels of management regarding critical and complex associate relations decisions in the areas of performance management, harassment, business conduct, terminations, restructuring, policies, guidelines, and best practices •Possess solid knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations •Guide all aspects of immigration processes, including assisting international associates with expatriate assignments, H-1B visas, and employment contracts •Oversee all human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, retention, compensation, Payroll, employee relations, and training & development.
