Experienced Project Director- I have worked in roles such as: Owner, Managing Director, Construction Director, Field Operations Manager, Senior Construction/Operations manager, Senior Site Superintendent and labourer, over my 35 year career. Driving project execution under tight and accelerated timelines, whilst navigating challenges and compressing delivery schedules, to meet ambitious project milestones• Proactively identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and solving operational challenges to maintain momentum across all of my projects.Mentoring project management and site teams, with growth, succession planning and retention in mind! Currently leading teams to deliver multi million dollar projects, using Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) as a delivery method, utilizing Mass timber, concrete and steel construction. Driving and supporting quality assurance and quality control through built in quality systems from inception to completion, alongside the teams and individuals assigned to me. Supporting and leading clients and teams across British Columbia, Canada. Working closely, in collaboration with First Nations and liaising with local communities throughout the pre construction, construction and life cycles of my projects. Current projects include:*Burnaby public safety building (RCMP detachment) This project has approx of soils removed, piling, shoring, shotcreting, cast in place concrete, managing storm and construction site runoff, using on site management systems to protect nearby watercourses and high water tables.*Westshore RCMP detachment This project is in validation stage and will be a mix of HAZMAT removal, demolition, new build construction, environmental protection, tree preservation, First Nations liaison and keeping the current detachment fully operational for the duration of the project.*Firehall #8, Vancouver *Rowan Avenue Daycare, Vancouver. Closing out Fire-stations #4 & 8 in Burnaby, BC.
