I have had over 40 years of experience as a lender in both community and regional banking orginizations. During this time I have managed both retail and commerical lending departments. I\'m very interested in economnic development. I see this as a win win, my communities win if we can keep and more importantly grow jobs. My employer and I win if we are successful in this job retention and growth by having access to a larger pool of prospects. I enjoy people and take great satisfaction in helping people with their financial needs. I feel being a business consultant is a major part of the job a business\' banker has to be willing to serve.
